PIECE MELD is an independent phone-accessory studio based in China. We work with resin, metal hardware, graphic fragments and found forms, turning clear phone cases into tactile objects for everyday life.

From fragments to form

Every design starts with a collection of pieces. We move, layer and balance them by hand until separate details begin to feel like one complete object. The process is intuitive, and no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Made by hand, not by template

Each case is assembled and finished in our studio, one at a time—from arranging the details and applying resin to curing and cleaning the edges. Small variations are part of the handmade process and give each piece its own character.

Inside the studio

Our studio is shared by designers and makers who enjoy turning unexpected combinations into useful objects. Chains, clips, charms, test pieces and unfinished ideas fill our worktables. Some become products. Others inspire what comes next.

Before it leaves us

Before each case leaves the studio, we inspect the resin finish, attached details, edges and camera opening to make sure it feels well made and ready for everyday use.
