ABOUT THE CASE

Each PIECE MELD case is handcrafted using resin and real 3D metal details — not flat 2D printing.

Because every case is made by hand, slight variations may occur. Small bubbles or minor differences in the placement of decorative elements are a natural part of the handmade process and do not affect the overall look or use of the case.

The case is made from flexible TPU for everyday protection and a comfortable grip. Raised edges around the screen and camera help reduce direct contact with flat surfaces and provide extra protection against daily bumps and scratches.

SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 calendar days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery to the United States and other international destinations is generally estimated at 5–8 calendar days after dispatch. These estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather or local conditions.

RETURNS & GUARANTEE

If there is an issue with your order, please contact PIECE MELD before returning anything.

To request a refund, email PIECEMELD@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if needed.

Refunds or replacements may be offered for confirmed defects, damage on arrival, incorrect items, or other order issues.

Please do not return any item without our written approval. If a return is required, we will provide the return instructions.

Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

DOES THE CASE SUPPORT WIRELESS CHARGING?

PIECE MELD phone cases do not support MagSafe or wireless charging. Use a charging cable to charge your phone while the case is on.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CASE

Keep your case away from prolonged sunlight and high heat, as this may affect the resin finish over time.

For everyday cleaning, gently wipe with a soft microfiber cloth.

Avoid alcohol, acetone, abrasive cleaners, and harsh chemicals to protect the resin and decorative details.
