Each PIECE MELD case is assembled and finished by hand. Metal chains, charms, resin details, and layered elements create a real 3D texture beyond flat printing.

Inspired by punk, Y2K, street culture, and everyday fragments, each design brings different pieces together in a unique way.

Made with flexible TPU, with raised edges around the screen and camera for added everyday protection.

All PIECE MELD cases are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 2 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Delivery may take up to 10–12 calendar days during periods of severe weather, customs delays, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact PIECE MELD before returning anything.

To request a refund, email ning229275675@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if needed.

Refunds or replacements may be offered for confirmed defects, damage on arrival, incorrect items, or other order issues.

Please do not return any item without our written approval. If a return is required, we will provide the return instructions.

Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Keep your case away from prolonged sunlight and high heat, as this may affect the resin finish over time.

For everyday cleaning, gently wipe with a soft microfiber cloth.

Avoid alcohol, acetone, abrasive cleaners, and harsh chemicals to protect the resin and decorative details.
