1. Send Us Your Photos

After placing your order, please email 1–2 photos (depending on your selected customization option) to piecemeld@outlook.com, along with your order number. We’ll use your photos to create a special piece just for you.

2. Handmade with Care — Please Allow Extra Time

Each case is individually handcrafted using cream glue, which requires natural air-drying for the best quality and durability.

We aim to ship your order within approximately 5 days after receiving your photos. Thank you for your patience — good things take time!

3. Cancellations & Returns

As each case is personalized and made to order, please review your order carefully before purchasing. Once production has started, cancellations and returns for change of mind or personal preferences cannot be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

4. Damaged Items & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and offer a partial or full refund, as appropriate.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 7 calendar days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery to the United States and other international destinations is generally estimated at 5–8 calendar days after dispatch. These estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather or local conditions.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact PIECE MELD before returning anything.

You can reach us through the Shopify Inbox chat on our website or email us at piecemeld@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested when needed.

Refunds or replacements may be offered for confirmed defects, items damaged on arrival, incorrect items, or other verified order issues.

Please do not return any item without our written approval. If a return is required, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Keep your case away from prolonged sunlight and high heat, as this may affect the resin finish over time.

For everyday cleaning, gently wipe with a soft microfiber cloth.

Avoid alcohol, acetone, abrasive cleaners, and harsh chemicals to protect the resin and decorative details.

PIECE MELD phone cases do not support MagSafe or wireless charging. Use a charging cable to charge your phone while the case is on.
